Pasta cooking challenge in aid of Tulips

The owners of Veni Vici Restaurant in Lapta, Richard and Nadine Muller, held a 12 hour cooking marathon on Sunday 21st. The aim was to serve up a minimum of 500 pasta dishes in aid of Tulips Cancer charity.

All the staff donated their services for free and therefore a dish of pasta only cost 15TL with 10TL being donated to Tulips. The target was 1,000 dishes to be served between 11am and 11pm. When we left at aprox. 10pm they had served 800 dishes.
