There were happy faces all around at the Karakum Special Needs School yesterday, Wednesday 1st October, when The Rotary Club of Kyrenia Liman (Harbour) delivered much needed Art and Craft supplies to the school.
Headteacher Musa Saygi and Art teacher Asuman Gencer received a selection of items from art paper and crayons to paints, glue and baby wipes.
The outstanding success of the Karakum Special Needs School Art Exhibition held last June looks sure to be repeated.
2014-15 Rotary Club President, Mr Mitcheson, said, “Our Club has an on-going commitment to the Karakum Special Needs School, and to the creative environment there. Headteacher Musa and his team do such a wonderful job and we are proud to play a part.”
