Yesterday, Saturday 4th October, there was once again a course at the Black Olive in Alsancak. This time with Susan Rudd who is spiritual teacher on the island.
We were a total of ten participants, both men and women, who came to listen to what Susan had to say. Her workshop on this day was on the history of Atlantis, and she also told us more about the body’s twelve chakras, their colours and their meanings. The day then continued with other interesting spiritual topics.
Vicki who runs Black Olive had made a wonderfully delicious vegetarian lunch, and the icing on the cake was, she had, to honour the day, (it was Bayram) made a heavenly chocolate cake for dessert. It went down so easily! For those of you who have not tried her food, and her desserts, I strongly recommend it.
The course started at 10:00 am and lasted till 17:00 a full day honouring Atlantis.

On the 4th October the Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak is hosting a special day for all those who are interested in looking back at The Golden Age of Atlantis, a time of heaven on Earth when everyone had incredible spiritual power, and looking forward to recalling the wisdom of that age into today to create The New Golden Age.
The day, led by Susan Rudd, Master Teacher of the Diana Cooper Foundation, is a mix of exercises, information, activities and guided visualizations, and no previous knowledge is needed to participate.
