The fifth date festival took place this weekend in Lefke. The town’s market hall was full of people who were there to buy dates in all its forms; fresh, dried, as ingredients in sweets and pastries, and much more. People were also treated to live entertainment from a band that was playing. It was a very nice event that attracted people from all over the country.
