The festivities are over and most of us are complaining about putting on a few kilos while we all look for ways to warm ourselves up in this freezing weather.
We have just the answer to help you to budge that weight while also getting the blood pumping and raising your body heat to its normal levels.
Join the New Year’s bike ride at Athalassa park in Nicosia tomorrow at 9.15am. If you don´t know where Athalassa park is, please see the map provided below.
The ride will be around 20 kilometres and on asphalt for half the way and off-road for the other half. The ride is estimated to last around two hours.
Meeting time is 9.15am at the entrance to the park’s parking area, with the starting time at 9.30am.
After the ride, all present will get a piece of Vasilopita cake to gain some energy for the ride home and to celebrate the New Year.
