The North Cyprus Ministry of Economy, Tourism, Culture and the Sports Ministry participated in the “Belfast Telegraph Holiday World Show 2015” tourism fair which took place between 16-18 January in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Alongside the ministerial delegation, representatives from the tourism sector also participated in the fair where they carried out a series of promotional activities for North Cyprus tourism.
Turkish Cypriot promotional products were on display. Visitors to the North Cyprus stand were treated to fried almonds and the traditional Cypriot grape sweet (sujuk).
North Cyprus is also represented at the 46th boat fair “Düsseldorf Boot Messe” in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The fair that started the 17th January remains open until 25th January where North Cyprus is promoting tourism and marketing.
Sixty countries are taking part in this year’s fair, the main participants are Italy, France and the Netherlands.
