A Music Week at Girne’s St Andrew’s Church offers A Festival of Favourite Hymns today and on Thursday an Ascension Day Concert. The 7.30pm events will benefit the ministry and Help Those With Cancer Association (Tulips) respectively. The church’s second Music Week, from May 23 to 28, welcomes French-born organist and recitalist NykkÖ Grégoire. A Choral Eucharist for Ascension Day is also lined up for 10am on Thursday before a closing Choral Eucharist next Sunday, May 28 at 10.30am.
