Salamis Bay Conti treated everyone’s palate to the happiest of holidays with a Christmas Day Gala Dinner at their banqueting suite as “slay bells ring are you listening in the lane snow is glistening, a beautiful night we’re happy tonight, walking in a winter wonderland”.
Having successfully celebrated with a bill of pomp and showmanship, it was a glamorous caloric Christmas Event! Salamis Bay Conti hosted to packed houses and celebrations took to the stage with bright lights and tantalizing dance show taken on a different spin Salamis style with amazing Christmassy entertainment. Live performances and music, dancing and jolly festivities brought Christmas cheer and of course dear Santa St. Nicholas made a guest appearance arriving complete with reindeer brought Christmas cheer and surprise presents for the kids at the Xmas Grotto. Observing the white snowy ambiance, the evening came together with sparkling array and color.
Salamis Christmas Day traditional Christmas dinner served up extravagant seven courses. Ornate beautifully dressed tables were full of delicious tempting hors d’oeuvres and canapés adorned the spirit in true Salamis Gala Dining style, in fact everything associated with Christmas was on the menu for this special evenings ensemble of entertainment of December 25th.
The table menu had many colorful and tasty options and star pudding desert. Kicked off with a traditional fare celebratory hors d’oeuvre plate of chestnuts, walnuts and ornamental log chocolate casing was followed by a wild oyster mushroom soup. Their supreme baked Salmon a delicious exotic sorbet mid course refreshened the palette. Entrees included tender Turkey, tender slow lamb with all the trimmings.
The evening was themed and created by the Salamis Entertainment Department head Bariş Kıvıç for an overall dining experience and definitely stretched the imagination and spirit for guests. Warm-hearted cheer and impressive service from the venue’s Christmas Gala made this an unforgettable evening’s entertainment.
