Yesilirmak (in Greek: Limnitis) is a village in the Tilliria region, North-West Cyprus, with the ancient Vouni Palace nearby. It is a small village located along the shores of the Morphou Bay. The upper part of the village is located 20 meters above sea level but the settlement extends all the way down to the sea.
In Yesilirmak there are fields of Camarosa strawberries which you can pick throughout April and May. You can either buy one ready-made punnets or you can pick them yourself. The fields are harvested once a year, in May and at the end of the season they are selling the strawberries very cheaply and many people buy them to make jams etc.
