A visit to the Bake Shop & Delicatessen is a sweet experience.

Owners Dervishe and Ali, a husband and wife originally from England, have a passion that speaks volumes. “We have a passion for creating unusual tasting evocative cakes and boutique ready-made meals. Our particular styling and quality is unique to this island, so we decided to open our own brand of bake shop ensuring our customers receive the freshest baked pasties, pastries, cakes and bread,” says Dervishe.

We clearly see that the philosophy works, as we step into this fairy tale world of treats. She continues: “We work with each client and since all our cakes, breads and pastries are freshly baked daily on the premises, we have established our brand-name as a mark of creativity and quality in North Cyprus.” Ali adds: “We do tastings of all our products, so please do not hesitate to visit us for a tasting, or contact us even if your order requested is not within the time-frame required, as we often have last minute openings.”

Whether ready-made sugar sweet cupcakes, mouth-watering muffins, carrot cake, or perhaps a designer cheesecake; the traditional recipes are upheld and the quality standard is kept consistent.

The bakery selection offers delicious pastries, bread rolls, ciabatta and loaves of oven fresh brown and white bread. The delicatessen has a wide selection of delicious pates, pasties, salamis, baked hams for take-away or sit-down, so you can enjoy your freshly made sandwiches on the terrace cafe.
