Bella Bag is number one when it comes to bag shops in the small tourist village Bellapais above Kyrenia. Hundreds of tourists pass daily when they are here to visit one of North Cyprus’ musts among medieval buildings, Bellapais Abbey. Many slip into the shop to bargain a stylish bag when they are here on holiday.
Bella Bag has been in Cyprus for three years, and it also has sister stores in Turkey, including the tourist resort of Bodrum. All bags are skillfully made copies of famous brands, and are produced by its own factory in Izmir in Turkey. Since the products are manufactured this way it means that prices are also lower than those of similar businesses. Except for bags one can also find bargains on shoes, wallets and belts. The staff speaks English.
