Bayram swim

On Tuesday, during Bayram, a few of us went off for a swim in the sea. When the beaches are often packed with people during Bayram we tried to find a less-visited place.

We decided to go to a small bay in Karsiyaka with a 50m sandy beach surrounded by cliffs and amazing crystal clear water.

The beach was to our relief with a few people so we took on our bathing suits and jumped into the warm water.

When we came back towards the beach after about half an hour, we found that a lot of people had turned up. Maybe they had the same thought as we did?
