If you are not near a bus stop, or if the buses are not normally on the street you are on, you can call the bus station and ask the bus pick you up from where you are. You can also wait next to the roadside and wave to the bus so they stop.
Shuttle service in Northern Cyprus is very smooth and doesn’t cost much money.
