Christmas cheer

Weekends are getting more and more jolly with the run up to the most wonderful time of the year.

First stop in Nicosia at Stasikratous Street, where the street will be filled with live jazz music, classical music, and glasses of wine clinking. We all know that the street is pure class but this weekend it will become the true place to be.

In Larnaca, The Village of Santa Clause came to life at Europe Square as of yesterday, where children, teenagers and adults can play around, get creative, and enjoy some Christmas cheer.

The Village of Santa Clause will run until January 6, so that jolly feeling will be spread into the New Year.

‘Christmas Cheer’

The British Residents Society hosts its annual “Christmas Cheer” get-together, with mince pies, mulled wine and carol singing, plus the chance to renew memberships, at Girne’s St Andrew’s Church Hall on Saturday, December 12, from 10am to 1pm.

Both the Hut and Lambousa information desks will close early on the day.
