A popular Turkish film star, theatre actor and singer will give an extra performance of The Dance of Words with Songs in Gazimağusa on Monday ahead of his Friday concert at the 13th Bellapais Spring Music Festival concert.
Cihan Ünal promises a programme of golden oldies including Fly Me to the Moon, My Way, New York New York, Evita and If I Were a Rich Man.
The former Ankara State Theatre actor and award-winning film star has also completed courses in vocal performance at Rada and the Royal Shakespeare and National theatres. He will be accompanied by pianist Önder Bali for the extra, out-of-festival 8.30pm show at the Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Centre, which has been organised by the municipality and Deniz Plaza.
Tickets cost 20TL and may be obtained from Gazimağusa Municipality, Deniz Plaza or on the door.
