Kyrenia Amateur Dramatic Society (Kads) will put on a “Turkey and Tinsel” play next month.
A press release invites people to “come and join Mr and Mrs Santa Claus, their two children Arthur and Merry Christmas and assorted elves and guests as they endeavour to organise the best Turkey and Tinsel event” in Girne.
There will be two performances, on Thursday, December 3 at JK’s Bar in Lapta and on Tuesday, December 8 at the Pia Bella Hotel in Girne. Both performances will start 7pm.
“Invitations” are 60TL per person and include a three-course meal and a glass of wine.
Proceeds from the plays will be shared between the SOS Children’s Village and Kyrenia Animal Rescue.

Meanwhile Kads also announced that its annual general meeting will be held at Zeyno’s Restaurant (the “Green Room”) next to Girne Police Station at 7.30pm on Wednesday, November 25.
