Karaman prepares for midsummer celebrations

Just as we Swedes celebrate Midsummer villagers in Karaman raise a glass to celebrate the holiday. On Saturday, June 21^st, starting at 19:00, at the church square, Midsummer is celebrated for the ninth consecutive year and it is the second year that they support the Civilian Emergency Volunteers’ Civil Emergency Service Volunteers with a raffle.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome to the party where DJ Werner will play and food and drinks are served. Volunteers help blow up balloons and prepare the party area, and are very welcome at 10:00 on Saturday morning again, the following day to pack it all up again.
