The Little Pub has everything that makes it easy to call it your second living room. The warm room has a homely pub atmosphere with comfortable armchairs to settle in. This is the place for those who want to hang out with friends, have a cool beer or drink and listen to beautiful live music. The Little Pub has a stage regularly frequented by local talents who play live music of different genres.
The night New Cyprus Magazine is there, rock classics is played from the stage by a live music artist, and light shines from the tables by excited guests are singing in chorus. Upstairs, some youngsters challenge each other on 8 ball pool game and a little further into the room, two elderly men sit deeply in a conversation.
We go out to the terrace where the summer season is still going on in full. We are greeted by a group of happy girls who tells us they are from England to celebrate their friend’s bridal shower. They make a long order for the bartender who quickly starts mixing cocktails. Unlike many other pubs, the Little Pub features outstanding bartenders and creative cocktails and for very reasonable prices. We recommend that you try Bull Frog. A drink that gives you wings. If you don’t fancy a drink why not try one of the 16 different kind of beers available. Little Pub has not forgot about the ones that might be a little hungry. Here they serve snacks, hot dogs, hamburgers and beer plates which includes mozzarella sticks, chips, sausages and chicken popcorn. Something for everyone!
Little Pub is located on a sea front avenue in Kyrenia, far from the city’s noise. You can find here by departing from the main street where Gloria’s Jeans lie down to the coast. Right next to the water you have a beautiful view and a fresh breeze from the sea.
We talk to one of the regulars who curiously wonder which magazine we are from. He tells that the Little Pub has become a gathering place in the area called Kasgar Court. In the winter, the locals come here and in the summer the pub is visited by many tourists who have heard of the place through TripAdvisor.
Inside, the live music is going on for full and only the mood and atmosphere reaches higher than the rocky tones. People cheers with bottle of beer and claps to the beats of the music. The evening is still young and we know this will be a memorable night.
Little Pub has a busy schedule. Live music artists come to play and sing infront of a busy enthusiastic crowd five nights a week. They also host karaoke nights and pool tournaments between different pool teams.
