The first oyster bar has opened up in the capital by the owners of well-known Pyxida restaurant. Pyxida Oyster Bar, serves six different types of oysters imported from France and a range of fish including wild salmon, tuna, crab and other.
For each dish you can choose the way that your fish is cooked and also the type of sauce. There are also dishes of the day to choose from and six types of platters to share with your group friends while enjoying a glass of wine.
The wine list includes brands from Cyprus, Greece and France while the cocktails list has been created by Vaggelis Spetzouras and includes 17 noteworthy creations. Open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner and on Sundays for dinner.
