The Royal British Legion (RBL) Kyrenia Branch’s 2017 Poppy Walk takes place next Sunday, May 14. The fundraiser, part of the annual Poppy Appeal, starts at 10.45am, with registration from 9.30am. Participants can choose between a 5km or 10km route, both of which will start and end at JK’s Bar in Lapta, from where sponsorship forms can be obtained. A donation of 15TL can be made during registration or via forms available at the RBL stall at the Saturday Lambousa Market.
