South Nicosia puts on a free early music show

A first Festival of Early Music, including Renaissance and Baroque pieces featuring authentic instruments, is on offer from the South Nicosia arts association Arte this week.

Entrance is free of charge to the 8.30pm concerts, at 34-36 Leonidou, which are scheduled every night from Monday to Thursday. Workshops, screenings, master classes and lectures will also be on offer during the festival.
