For those who like to combine their Christmas shopping with an outdoor stroll, Limassol’s Anexartisias Street has been a long-standing favourite.
Some 115 shops offer brand clothing, shoes, accessories and beauty products. To add to the Christmas spirit, a full programme of Christmas events with music and dance is offered at Gregori Afxentiou Square.
With an occupancy of 99%, the High Street is bouncing back to its former glory and, with big name shops investing heavily in Christmas decorations, there is not only light in the streets, but hope on people’s minds, according to the representative of the town’s shop owners, Kristis Demetriou.
The shops are ready to make consumers’ Christmas a merry one.
To ensure shoppers enjoy a maximum of purchasing hours, all shops along Anexartisias Street will be open daily from 9am to 8pm during December, with the exception of December 25 and 26.
