Reservations for the annual charity event “Car Treasure Hunt” snapped up quickly, say organizers. The event, held on the 13th April is sponsored by Credit West Bank together with Cyprus Today, and will take place on a 145 km route to raise money for the Civil Emergency Service Volunteers, the civil emergency volunteers (CESV).
CESV is dealing with emergency situations and civil defense organization. Over the last few years, the volunteers performed nursing in many public and private events, plus First Aid training to over 350 individuals in both the emergency services and other TRNC groups.
Corinna Phillips, one of the organizers said: “We have had great participation so far with 60 people and 17 cars booked. Seats fill up very quickly and we advise people who want to participate in this fantastic event to register as soon as possible.”
Participants will have stunning views of Cyprus, as well as to get to visit the historic town of Lefkosas old town and then Ercan Airport, and over the Five finger mountain to finish on Jashans Restaurant in Bahceli.
Rates include spa massage on Acapulco hotels Çatalköy, dining and more surprise prizes. The event starts from Kervan Pizza Garden in Kervansaray pm. 10.30 and ends around 16.00 with the awards ceremony on Jashans restaurant. The registration fee of 35 TL and includes a meal.
