Turkish Film Festival in Sweden

At the Sture cinema in Stockholm the annual film festival in full swing. Film lovers need not despair at the last screening on November 22, because only a few days later Turkish movies are showing up on the big screen instead – as it is time for the Turkish Film Festival in Sweden.

It is not the first year that Turkish films are shown at the Sture cinema. This year, you can follow the juggler and magician Iskender on his tour in “The Magician” or see Turks fighting in World War II in “The Crimean”. “Voice of Love” depicts the Turkish poet Yunus Emre’s life, an unforgettable journey and search of real love. Even the old black and white classic “Gurbet Kuslari” is amongst this year’s films. All information about the films and the tickets can be found on sf.se. It’s the weekend 27-29 November when you can experience the festival in Stockholm and 5-6 December at the theatre Gota in Gothenburg.
